Anant’s nutty pizzas… and more

Pizza is the ultimate bonding food. At Business Standard, the newspaper I used to work for, we would order pizzas for birthdays and farewells, because someone had forgotten lunch, because we had had a stressful day or in anticipation of one, because the Indian cricket team or Federer or some obscure football league had won, or just because it was raining…These were, of course, takeaway pizzas, terrible, American-style and bursting with calories.

We check out the new Sidewok in CP

By Anoothi Vishal

Connaught Place may not be the poshest business district in Delhi any longer, but nothing can beat the sense of nostalgia and glimpses of its old world charm— no, not even the traffic sometimes!

NY feasts…and a raw Watermelon

Café Oz: There’s nothing Oz about it

Café Oz is a new café in my favourite area of Delhi—Khan Market. I love the market that despite being a pricey hub for grocery-buying expats has a unique character of its own, and I love the fact that over the last two-three years this has indeed turned into Delhi’s very own “cappuccino district”.

10 things to do when you are in Delhi

Visiting Delhi? Make sure that your experience is an “authentic” local one—not the typical touristy one recommended by Lonely Planet and other guides. Experience Delhi as Delhiites do and while you may go shopping at Paharganj, that can’t be the only memory you’ll take back:

1.
